My career combines hands-on leadership at one of Israel's largest telecommunications companies with strategic roles in government debt management at the Ministry of Finance. I've also contributed to academia as a lecturer in Financial Econometrics at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

  • Led a multi-year debt restructuring (3B+ ILS), extending maturities and strengthening the company's credit profile and financial flexibility
  • Drove credit rating upgrade from AA- to AA through rating agency engagement, improved financial discipline, and transparency
  • Manage relationships with major banks, local and foreign institutional investors, sell side and buy side analysts
  • Established financial policy frameworks for liquidity, hedging, and risk management. Present regularly to the Board and executive management
